The arrest warrant for former Kiwoom Heroes pitcher Im Hye-dong, who allegedly extorted hundreds of millions of won by blackmailing Kim Ha-seong and Ryu Hyun-jin, has been dismissed.

Judge Yoo Chang-hoon of the Seoul Central District Court’s warrant division held a pretrial interrogation (warrant substantive examination) of Lim Hye-dong, 바카라사이트 who is suspected of conspiracy to commit extortion, on March 25 and dismissed his request for an arrest warrant on the grounds that further proof was needed.

The court stated that additional proof was needed on whether the defendant conspired or shared execution with accomplices, which can be seen as a major part of the facts of the case, and whether extortion was established against the victim, and that it was difficult to recognize the substantiality of issuing an arrest warrant when considering the need for proof and the exercise of the defendant’s defense rights together.

Previously, Kim Ha-sung filed a police complaint against Im Hye-dong in November last year, claiming that he had been receiving constant demands for settlement money from Im Hye-dong after he and Im Hye-dong got into a fight over drinks at a bar in Gangnam, Seoul, in 2021.

Im Hye-dong countered that she had been repeatedly assaulted by Kim Ha-sung, but Kim Ha-sung denied the allegations and sued Im Hye-dong for defamation.

After the police received Kim’s complaint, they investigated and found that Im Hye-dong had used similar tactics to defraud Ryu Hyun-jin of hundreds of millions of won. 메이저사이트 Ryu Hyun-jin reportedly handed over 300 million won under duress after having drinks with Im Hye-dong in 2022.
