Kim Ji-ni and Lee Namu (Gyeonggi Provincial Skating Federation), promising Korean ice dance stars, are close to winning medals at the 2024 Gangwon Winter Youth Olympic Games (hereinafter referred to as Gangwon 2024).

Korea has never won a medal in figure skating or ice dancing at the Winter Youth Olympics, which began in 2012.

They enjoyed their performance with bright expressions.

In the first task, rocker foxtrot section 1, I performed 1 of the 4 key points correctly, and in section 2, I performed only 1 of the 4 key points correctly, leaving me somewhat disappointed.

However, in the sequential twizzle, in which each player rotated at regular intervals, Jinni Kim received level 4 and Namu Lee received level 3, earning a base score of 6.97 and a performance score (GOE) of 0.69.

The midline step sequence, which is a step performance, was treated as level 2 for both players.

The rotational lift, in which a male athlete rotates while holding a female athlete, was performed at level 4, the highest level of difficulty, and received great applause.

Ice dancing is close to the wasteland of the domestic figure skating world.

The only domestic ice dance teams competing in international competitions are Lim Hae-na and Quan-ye (general competition) and Kim Ji-ni and Lee Na-mu.
